Seneca Land District
Barbershop Harmony Society
Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America
Vision:  "To be an ever-growing fraternal singing organization that is ageless, colorless and dedicated to the average singer having fun creating and preserving extraordinary music in the barbershop style. A Brotherhood known in their community for making a difference through singing."  This is partially expressed in our two theme songs:  "We Sing to Feed Them All" and "Keep the Whole World Singing!"

Chapter Officer Training School (COTS)

The single best explaination and example of the Leadership Academy training in the Seneca Land District is the January/February issue of Smoke Signals. In its pages can be found presentations, schedules, class outlines and much more. It's exciting stuff. COTS is free (paid for by the Seneca Land District) for chapter members. The value of this training is far greater then the cost of Chapter dues all by itself, and the skills taught can be used in any orgqnization or business. Take a look.

The meaning of life is to find your gift.
The purpose of life is to give your gift away.
Our gift is four part harmony singing.
